CEO and Product Development Director
Claire has spent nearly 20
years in the IT and software industry.
She started writing user documentation and testing software but soon moved into business analysis, sales support and programme/project management. In 2000, she became one of the first (and youngest people) in the UK to become a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) advanced practitioner which she has applied on many large scale programmes in both the public and private sectors.
Claire enjoys shopping, eating out, keeping fit, skiing and spending time with her three children and husband/business partner.
Neil
Cassidy - Sales & Marketing DirectorNeil
worked in the Civil Engineering industry for 20 years for
both local government and private sector organisations
before joining Mosaique in February 2007.He left school at 16 and joined a County Council as a trainee civil engineering technician. He progressed through the ranks to become an Associate Director of a large consulting engineering company and was responsible for developments such as highway improvement schemes,
out-of-town shopping centres and high-tech business parks.
His interests include skiing, refereeing a local youth football league and he's recently taken up long-distance running! (Must be something to do with hitting 40!)
Richard Kelly -
Technical Director
Richard started out in
the IT industry in 1982 as a 'Field
Service Engineer'
fixing PC's from the back of
a van!
Through various roles in the software and services side of
the IT world, Richard progressed to become the Operations
Director and shareholder of Computer Answers International
Limited (CAIL) who specialised in
customer care and billing software for mobile phone
operators. CAIL was acquired by CMG plc in 2000.Richard has been responsible for the installation and implementation of large and complex, multi-million pound projects that involved a variety of teams working in many countries on different continents.
Richard has always got the latest technical gadget magazines to hand and is an encyclopaedia of all things IT related. Richard enjoys racing cars and flying.
Pete Whyle -
Support Manager
After leaving college,
Pete worked for Lloyds bank before joining ACT Financial
Systems as a consultant. Pete worked in the
Customer Support and Services departments in a variety of
roles including testing, training, software and hardware
engineer, database administration, and finally managing the
Support Team of a Financial Portfolio Management product
with UK and international clients. Pete's hobbies include camping, swimming and martial arts - but not all at the same time!
